What currency are your prices listed in?
All prices are listed in USD.

 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, AMEX, Mastercard) and Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay. 

 

How do I find out my size?
To best gauge your appropriate size, please refer to the sizing chart for the particular item you’re interested in. This can be found directly on the product page.


Where do you ship?
All orders are shipped from Seattle, Washington. 


Can I cancel or edit my order?
We cannot cancel or edit orders once they are placed.

 

Can I combine two orders into one shipment?
We cannot combine orders. Once orders are placed, they begin processing immediately. 

 

How do I track my order?
Please use the tracking info provided in your shipping confirmation email. 


When will my order ship?
Orders can vary due to pre-orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for package to arrive.  


What is your return policy?
All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns honored. Items with significant factory defects are accepted for exchange within 48 hours from when the shipment is received.

 

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
Shipments may be subject to delays due to customs, regions, and national holidays. If you have yet to receive your order within 20 business days, or your estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us at fadesandfadeaways@gmail.com
